Part Time Receptionist - Inchcape UK Head Office Solihull
---------------------------------------------------------

We are looking for a receptionist to be the face of our front of house activities within our brand new office in Solihull. You will be managing the reception area, providing a warm and professional welcome to our staff and visitors. Our receptionists are our Brand Ambassadors, reflecting the brand image and standards in everything that we do.

As our receptionist you will be responsible for answering and managing our telephone system, this role will also require you to meet and greet our guests to our site and provide them with refreshments.

You will also be responsible for the following

* Ensuring that the reception area is maintained in a tidy and professional manner at all times.

* Manage and sign for all deliveries that are received, ensuring that they collected by the relevant person.

* Manage all incoming and outgoing mail.

* General administrative duties as and when required.

What we need from you

This person will thrive off being the first face that guests meet with and providing first class front office support.

To be a success in this role, you will have

· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

· IT literacy skills

· Incredible customer service skills

· The ability to multi task and work under pressure

· A friendly and approachable manner
