An immediately available Receptionist is required by my client in Northampton for a 4-week temporary contract (possibility to extend) on a part time basis 1pm-5.30pm, Monday to Friday.
• Welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone
• Answering or referring inquiries
• Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions.
• Maintains security by following procedures
• Monitoring logbook
• Issuing visitor badges
• General administration
• Previous experience within a customer focused role, ideally within reception
• Ability to use initiative and quick thinking
• Professional telephone manner
• Problem Solving, Engaging and Adaptable
