Our client is a long established company based in the Sussex area. They are currently seeking a friendly and hardworking Receptionist / Office Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis.
You will be the first face of the company and your role will include but not be limited to; - Answering the phone - Receipt of deliveries - Signing in visitors - Assisting Small Works department with bookings & admin - Mail management - Other office admin assistance

The ideal candidate would possess the following skills; - Computer literate to include outlook, excel and word - Good telephone manner and customer service - Team player - Organised
This role may be filled by one full time candidate or 2 part time candidates. Full time hours of work are: 08.30–17.00.
Salary: £16,000 pa + BUPA Cash Plan
