With them you will be responsible for ensuring that all of their guests receive a Locke-Loving Welcome and that their stay is an enjoyable and comfortable one.
From the moment they arrive and check in – through to their departure, you will be our guests point of contact, someone who is available to help them get the most from their stay. Having a great knowledge of the local area, places to go and things to do would be great, but not essential as they’ll help train, develop and coach you to be the best House Host possible, in order that their guests have a memorable stay and come back another day.
They have a great opportunity for a Receptionist (House Host) to join them where you will work as a key member of the reception team, delivering excellent customer service and being the “go to” person for guests, contractors and visitors. Managing reservations and queries and supporting the Front of House Manager, you will help provide a memorable service at every stage of the guest journey!
They are looking for is someone who has excellent customer services skills with proven experience and who is proficient in written and spoken English. With a high attention to detail and previous experience in a customer focussed role (such as hospitality or retail), you will have a capability with IT systems and a flexible approach to working hours.
This is a permanent, full time position where you will work 37.5 hours per week; 5 out of 7 on a rota basis working between 07:00 and 23:00.
