As a boundary pushing, growing aparthotel brand our Client is passionate about looking after and hosting their guests as an extension to the hospitality they would offer at home.
At Locke you will be responsible for ensuring that all of their guests receive a Locke-Loving Welcome and that their stay is an enjoyable and comfortable one. Whilst carrying out all of the essential stuff, you will be instrumental for the success of their Locke guest experience. Having a great knowledge of fun things to do in and around their Locke is helpful but not essential – they’ll help train, develop and coach you to ensure that their guests have a memorable stay and come back another day.
They now have a great opportunity for a House Host to join them where you will be a key member of the reception team, delivering excellent customer service and being the “go to” person for their guests, contractors and visitors. Managing reservations and queries and supporting the Front of House Manager, you will help provide a memorable service at every stage of the guest journey!
This role would suit someone who has excellent customer service skills. Capable with IT systems, you will be proficient in written and spoken English and will have a high attention to detail. Previous experience in a customer focussed role (such as hospitality or retail) is needed, as is having a flexible approach to working hours.
