They have a great opportunity for you to join their reception team as a Guest Services Executive. This role involves you providing a memorable guest service and genuine hospitality at every stage of the guest journey; from taking the initial reservation to providing a warm welcome and making a lasting impression when your guests check out.
It is a permanent part time role where you will work 24 hours across 3 shifts within the week. Shifts can be morning, during the day, or evening and are over 7 days, including weekends and Bank Holidays.
