Description
Our client sells and services some of the most prestigious vehicle brands in the world and an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and professional Receptionist to provide a front of house and switchboard support service within this Borehamwood dealership.
THE ROLE
You will ensure all callers whether in person or by telephone are handled promptly, carefully and courteously and are appropriately directed. Good general administration and typing skills are required in order to assist the relevant staff and managers.
THE PERSON
The person appointed will have:
* Experience in a Reception role
* Ability to operate a very busy modern switchboard
* An outstanding telephone manner
* Excellent communication, organisation and inter-personal skills
* Good attention to detail and be able to cope in a sometimes stressful environment
* Good word processing skills
* A flexible attitude and a GSoH
* The ability to comply with all company and manufacturers disciplines and procedures
THE BENEFITS
This position offers excellent terms and benefits including:
* A basic salary of £16,000 to £17,500 pa
* 22+8 days annual holiday
