Elevation Recruitment Group Business Support is recruiting on an exclusive basis for a leading supplier of world class precision engineering products as they look to appoint a professional Commercial Administrator / Receptionist.
The business has an exciting, niche offering to the market and have built an outstanding reputation as being a world leader. As a result of their continued success they have recently experienced an impressive amount of expansion to include the launch of a brand new, state of the art facility where this role is to be based.
The purpose of the role is to be the face of the business and ensure the professional running and upkeep of the Reception. In addition, there are also commercial administration elements to the role, requiring the successful candidate to have a strong administrative background.
Duties & Responsibilities Include:
-First point of contact for all incoming enquiries and directing appropriately -Act as face of the business by professionally greeting all visitors -Facilitate meeting rooms and ensure refreshments are available -Events management -Organisation of travel, transport and accommodation as requested by Directors -Creation of quotations using details from the operations team and sending to customers -Maintenance of company CRM system -Ad-hoc administrative duties as required for the role
Key Skills Required
-At least 2 years of demonstrable experience within a high intensity commercial environment -Excellent communication skills -High level of accuracy and attention to detail -Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Word
