They are now looking for a Receptionist / Administrator to join them to ensure the smooth running of the reception and assist with Facilities Management tasks to ensure the building is maintained efficiently.

Greeting visitors and directing them to the correct person or department, you will answer enquiries by phone, in person and on email in a friendly and professional manner and manage the meeting rooms, providing refreshments and lunch when required.  Screening phone calls and re-directing to appropriate divisions, taking adequate messages when required, you must ensure that reception is kept tidy and looks professional and is covered at all times.

Positive, confident and with a friendly attitude, candidates will have good spoken and written communication skills, an excellent telephone manner and the ability to stay calm under pressure.  Capable of managing multiple tasks, you must be able to remain polite but firm when dealing with difficult, impatient or upset people and have good IT skills.  A minimum of 5 GCSE’s A-C grade including English and Maths are essential in order for the successful candidate to complete a Business Administration Apprenticeship alongside the role.
