We are one of the most recognised firms of solicitors in Shropshire & Herefordshire,  well known in the local market for offering a friendly service and professional advice.

We are seeking to appoint a new member of our Docupoint Team.  DocuPoint is the Department where all of the mail, photocopying, binding, scanning and all other general administration tasks for the organisation are performed.  The successful applicant will perform a variety of roles including reception duties, data entry, filing and archive management and distribution of post. 

Although the role is predominantly based in Telford you will be required to attend our other locations to cover some periods of Annual Leave/Sickness. The role would suit someone with previous administrative and reception experience and who has the ability to demonstrate working in a busy environment along with good organisational and time management skills with a high attention to detail and accuracy.
