We are seeking to appoint a new member of our Docupoint Team. DocuPoint is the Department where all of the mail, photocopying, binding, scanning and all other general administration tasks for the organisation are performed. The successful applicant will perform a variety of roles working predominantly on reception with other duties such as data entry, filing and archive management and distribution of post.
This is a job share position and therefore you must be flexible to cover annual leave and during the morning periods. The role would suit someone with previous administrative and reception experience and who has the ability to demonstrate working in a busy environment along with good organisational and time management skills with a high attention to detail and accuracy.
