We have an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist / Administrator to join our client’s thriving company in Bolton, Greater Manchester.
Our client has been established for over 20 years and recognised as one of the UK’s leading providers of company sale services, with a wealth of experience in completing thousands of company sale transactions across a range of business sectors. They are continuing to grow and a vacancy has arisen for a Receptionist / Administrator based at their modern Head Office in Bolton, Greater Manchester.
The Role of Receptionist / Administrator
We are looking for a hardworking, honest and reliable Receptionist / Administrator to support our client’s business. You will be responsible for meeting and greeting clients and updating various online portals on a daily basis alongside other admin duties.
Previous receptionist experience would be a preference although full training will be provided to assist with the role. You will be dealing with general administration/office duties alongside reception functions.
For the role of Receptionist / Administrator you need to have:

To be successful for the role of Receptionist / Administrator, our client is ideally looking for someone with some experience of working in a similar role and who would like to progress in their career with a highly successful and well respected company. Full training will be provided.
You must be well presented, reliable and have excellent administrative skills. The successful applicant will be offered a permanent full-time role subject to receipt of satisfactory professional references.
For the position of Receptionist / Administrator you will be working Monday to Friday 40 hours a week (no weekends). You will receive a basic salary of circa £15,500 to £18,500 per annum (negotiable upon experience).
