You will join our client as a Receptionist to provide reception duties (telephone answering, meet and greet) and office management support to assist with the smooth and efficient running of the company.

Receptionist Responsibilities:

- Courier management and recording.
- Supplier Contracts / Database Maintenance.
- Courier management and recording.
- Liaison for London and Manchester Office.
- Faxing, photocopying & laminating.
- ISO9001 support.
- Other duties as required.

Receptionist Requirements:

- Previous reception or customer service experience is desirable, but not essential.
- Microsoft Office experience.
- Experience of working within a team environment.
- Please note due to our clients rural office location your own transport is essential.

About our client:

They're looking for a friendly, efficient and pro-active receptionist for a maternity cover contract of up to 10 months. This is a fundamental and important role within the company. They work in a fast-paced environment, so you must be able to cope with a demanding and varied role.

Location: Stourbridge, West Midlands

Job type: Full Time, Temporary Fixed term contract, Maternity Cover (10 Months)
