Here at Watkin Jones Group, we are now looking for a Receptionist to answer our switchboard in a clear and professional manner and meet and greet visitors before informing the appropriate person of their arrival. Organising and distributing internal and external post, you will be responsible for booking meeting rooms, maintaining visitor and staff logs and for general administration tasks such as ordering stationery and email inbox management.
We’re looking for a self-motivated, confident and highly organised individual who has previous reception experience and working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word & Excel. You will have a friendly yet professional telephone manner, exceptional communication skills and the ability to deal with difficult clients or customers.

Permanent, Full Time (39.75 hours per week: Monday – Thursday, 08:00 until 17:00 and Friday, 08:00 until 15:30)
