Receptionist - Wanstead
Salary: 20K - 24K D.O.E
Our client is a London based Accountancy firm which deals with major corporations, small or medium-sized business and personal clients.
To be the first line of call for the Company dealing with incoming calls and visitors and re- directing as appropriate.
To provide a professional image of the Company
To meet and greet Clients and visits
Answer and re-direct telephone calls to the Company in a prompt and professional manner
Responsible for ensuring the client database is accurate and up to date
Essential Skills & Requirements:
Experience in a previous office based, commercial role
Good Communication skills
Excellent Telephone manner
Basic I.T skills: word and excel
Good attention to detail
9am - 5pm, 1 hour lunch, Monday to Friday
1 stage face to face interview
20 days holiday + bank holidays
