Cathedral Appointments is looking for a friendly, positive and outgoing Receptionist to join our prestigious client based in the centre of Exeter. Our client is passionate about providing the highest quality of service to all of their customers and this is reflected by every member of the team. As the first contact with the company you will be highly professional and confident with the ability to manage enquiries from both new and existing clients and promote additional services where possible. Previous sales experience desirable but not essential.
Manage all enquiries from new customers and send out welcome packs
Book appointments for customers ensuring that they see their preferred practitioner
Market additional services to current customers
Provide excellent customer service to all customer whether it is face to face or over the phone
Maintain booking systems so that reports can be run
Keep customer files up to date and inline with company policies
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
An empathetic approach to clients
Able to provide first class customer service
Proven sales ability
Able to build a report with a wide range of people
Good IT skills
A professional manner
