An exciting opportunity has arisen to join an increasingly expanding Inteiors Company in Fulham as a Receptionist. The main purpose of the role is to meet and greet clients, answer and refer queries, manage the reception area and maintain security and issuing visitor passes. This is an integral role to the business as you will be the first point of contact and the 'face' of the company.

Duties

  • Meet and greet clients and guests to the office
  • Answer and screen telephone calls
  • Ensure reception is tidy and presentable
  • Order office supplies
  • Update calendars and schedule meetings
  • General office administration
  • Manage company social media pages

Experience Required

  • Experience within a similar role within property or professional services
  • Good Microsoft office skills
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Good communication skills - written and spoken
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
