Receptionist - Career Legal

Description

We are currently seeking a receptionist to work at a leading media law firm in the West End.

The role holder will act as the first point of contact for both clients visiting as well as clients calling therefore experience of working on a busy front of house reception and switchboard is a must.

Typical duties will include but not be limited to:

• To ensure that all guests and members receive a warm welcome and a lasting and positive impression of the company.
• To be the first point of contact for all visitors and to deal with all situations in a courteous and professional manner.
• To answer and converse on the telephone in a professional manner.
• To be responsible and carryout all necessary operations when guests arrive and depart (check-in / check-out) Accepting delivery of packages and parcels for Members that may require you to move them to the back office area
• Helping visitors to store suitcases/luggage in a back office area
• Ensure that reception is constantly manned and kept immaculate at all times.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working on a busy reception within a medium sized firm or 5* Hotel.
