6 Month Fixed Term Contract

Part Time (Job Share), 25 hours per week working 8am – 1pm across 5 days

About the role

 

The Gordano House Reception is often the first image visitors have of the business, so that image needs to be consistently welcoming and professional. Visitors should feel looked after and this role should support the business in delivering that through taking responsibility for providing a high standard of service.

 

The role also includes fulfilling a wide range of general administration, travel and accommodation requirements for all staff and visitors in a timely and flexible manner, whilst ensuring company money is well spent.

 

About you

 

As this is a vital role, giving an excellent first impression is paramount. You will have a pleasant demeanour, positive attitude, confident telephone manner and take pride in dealing with all calls quickly yet accurately. You will also have experience of providing pro-active administrative support, ideally in a busy environment which requires multi-tasking. Experience of processing invoices using SAP would be beneficial.

 

They also ask that you have a degree of flexibility to work additional hours. There will also be a requirement to work full time for 6 weeks of the year to cover the job share (holiday/training/sickness).
