The role will involve:
Maintenance of the quality management system to internal and external standards (ISO9001).
Writing, revising and implementing quality policies and procedures.
Assisting with the day to day running of the quality and risk department.
Analysis of audits and compliance data.
Preparation of tenders and client due diligence questionnaires.
Investigation of complaints, claims and compliance breeches.
The successful candidate will have:
5+ years experience in a similar role.
Experience of ISO9001
An internal auditing/quality qualification
Working experience of lean principles in an office environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
