This company is a growing export logistics business, sending millions of eCommerce packets and parcels across the world every year. They serve some of the biggest UK and international eCommerce retailers as their customers who entrust them with their orders being shipped to consumers globally; they rightly demand service excellence from them, and as part of their ambition to be amazing in everything that they do, they are now seeking a Quality and Processes Administrator to assist with their success.

This is a varied role that encompasses a number of responsibilities and tasks, reporting in to the Head of Quality and Processes. The job holder is responsible for supporting with the development, documentation and implementation of operational processes as well as supporting the Operations team to ensure that these processes are maintained and developed where required. The role also involves developing and supporting reporting processes for volume forecasting and Operational quality. Using this data to support the Operations management to ensure quality levels are maintained.

Required skills
- Experience in postal and logistics industry and preferably with working knowledge of Operational processes
- A methodical and logical approach and be able to communicate at all levels
- Able to plan, implement and evaluate processes and make changes when needed to ensure efficiency
- Good level of numerical and analytical skills
- Advanced skills in Excel and familiarity with MS Access would be preferable
- Demonstrate a flexible and professional attitude
- Keen eye for detail and ability to see wider picture
- Excellent time management, ability to complete workloads and meet deadlines
