Salary: £20,000 pro rata
Our client provides state of the art, point of care diagnostics and single-use rapid tests to thousands of Human and Animal Heath customers around the world.
They now have an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated, organised and pro-active Purchasing Administrator to support their UK operations team to help plan and manage the company’s procurement of products and services. This is a permanent part time position working around 25 hours per week.
You will be responsible for all of the purchasing requests for supplies, services and equipment as well as identifying and sourcing viable substitute products wherever necessary. Working closely with all areas of the business you will continue to develop strong stakeholder relationships. You will help monitor patterns of usage to inform the accurate procurement process in the UK.
This role will be an excellent opportunity for someone who has attention to detail; who is able to work to deadlines and has the confidence to build effective relationships with existing and potential new suppliers. Experience of working within a purchasing related background is essential.
