Elevation Recruitment Group are currently recruiting a Ledger Manager to join a well-established business operating in the charity sector to manage a team of both Sales Ledger and Purchase Ledger Clerks.

You will be based out of their Head Office in Sheffield (s9) and be given both autonomy and support in order to succeed within the Finance Department.

The main duties of the role are to include:

*Supervising a team of c6 employees
*Responsible for SL team who's job include, but are not limited to:
Invoicing, cash allocation, chasing payments, any queries, regarding prices etc.
*Responsible for PL team who's jobs include, but are not limited to:
Processing invoices, making payments, reconciling accounts, dealing with any queries etc.
*Regularly review the ledgers (both sales and purchase), set, monitor and record KPI's and bonus objectives for all team members
*Liaising with the sales department regarding prices, spot deals, promotions etc.
*Send out weekly KPI report, around overdue cash, and credits raised
*Update and control the cash flow forecasting for the group
*All month end procedures, chasing unapproved invoices, helping with coding of invoices for accruals, reconciling suspense account, running the GRNI report
*Checking all balances before closing both sales and purchase ledgers
*Balance all cashbooks
*Recruitment of new staff, and any disciplinary issues
*Online invoice approval system management - re-set passwords, set up new users, maintain authorization matrix

Elevation Accountancy & Finance would be keen to speak with candidates with the following skills and experiences:

*Relevant Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable management experience
*Experience in managing a small team
*Strong PC Skills (particularly Microsoft Excel)
*Ability to work under pressure and meet reporting deadlines
*Comfortable in dealing with all levels of management
