Purchase Ledger & Payroll Administrator
Up to £24,000 p.a. pro-rata
20-25 hours per week, across 4 or 5 days; a mix of Bradford office and home-working

The Role

Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, the role of the Purchase Ledger & Payroll Administrator is two-fold; managing all aspects of the purchase ledger and the execution of their monthly payroll processes.

Key Areas of Responsibility

Purchase Ledger
- Preparation of payment runs
- Posting cash payments to Sage
- Liaising with suppliers to reconcile their accounts
- Accounts Payable related reporting
- Processing expenses and reconciling company credit cards on to Sage

Payroll Administration
- Management and execution of monthly payroll processes, in partnership with their 3rd party payroll provider
- Payroll related reporting

Required Skills & Experience
- A minimum of 2 years' relevant accounts experience
- AAT desirable
- Good communication skills - written and verbal
- Competent MS Excel user
- Sage 50 experience desirable
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to prioritise a busy workload
- Strong team-working ethic
