Our client is a drink specialist based in North London. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experinced purchase ledger to join their friendly and growing team.


Key skills and knowledge Essential

• Previous experience of working as part of team in a busy finance office

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment whist remaining professional at all times

• Strong communicator, excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Demonstrate a proactive and ‘can do attitude’

• Planning and organising own work load and possess the ability to multi-task

• Excellent time management skills including working to deadlines whilst remaining clam under pressure

• Accurate and detail conscious

• Excellent IT skills including Excel and Microsoft packages

• Knowledge of VAT

Desirable:

• Whisky or premium spirits experience from retail or similar

• Experience using Sage and/or ERP system

A training plan will encompass the following to ensure effectiveness of the employee if not already possessed and verified or experienced in:
• Sage line 50 and200

• ERP system, (Defacto)

• Other in-house systems

• Manual handling.

• Training as required conducted on an on-going basis

Health & Safety responsibilities
• Act in accordance with the relevant Health & Safety policies and procedures, adhering to legislative compliance and company requirements.xxxxxzz
