An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Property Manager to join our growing team and assist with the day to day Lettings activities. Our clients and investors own properties across the UK and our portfolio is ever expanding so you will need to be able to hit the ground running. You will be based in Leeds and be reporting to the Branch Manager. The role includes, liaising with agents and managing agents across the UK, dealing with all aspects of lettings and tenancy documentation, property management, maintaining business, answering the telephone, and general office duties. You must have previous experience as a Property Administrator or have experience in a similar role.

Key Skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and associated software
- The aptitude to work efficiently, enthusiastically in a proactive forward-thinking manner, using organisational, managing, and prioritising skills is essential
- You should have excellent communication skills as you will be required to deal with clients, developers & other letting/management agents
- You should be able to work well under pressure using your own initiative, on your own as well as part of a team
- Have knowledge and practical experience of lettings, property management and building maintenance
- Have good verbal and written communication skills with excellent attention to detail
- The ability to manage properties against budgets and be involved in renovation and refurbishment, including an interior design sensibility

- Supervise property lettings where a local letting agent is being used & liaise with block management/concierge
- Drafting tenancy agreements & completing inventories, & then sending them to all relevant parties
- Registering deposits, council tax & energy supplies
- Dealing with new enquiries interested in renting property as well as enquiries from any current tenants or the landlords including maintenance issues
- Dealing with property handovers, check ins & checkouts
- Keep property records up to date on the CRM system
- Getting keys cut, key tagging & keeping the key log up to date
- Dealing with correspondence received, producing standard letters, welcome letters & issuing notices to tenants
- Source & build relationships with contractors, obtaining quotes to send to landlords & raising work orders
- Creating & ordering furniture packs on behalf of the landlords

Hours of work will normally be 9.00am to 5.30pm.
