This is a pivotal position for an established property company.
A multi-tasker will relish this role! The role is broken down in to being the first point of contact for customers by telephone and also face to face when people come in to the office. You will be dealing with tenant enquiries, some simple, some more complicated and possible maintenance queries. You will also be fielding queries to your colleagues so a real team player is a must.
The administration side of the role, is compliant therefore you need to be thorough and on top of things. This often has to be done by deadline and therefore being on hands to help your peers is a must. Word and Excel is required and you will use the in-house database.
A drivers license is required
Hours are Monday to Friday and 1 in 4 Saturdays where you receive a half day off the following week.
