Covering the whole of Liverpool, our client aspires to fulfil the broad spectrum of lettings needs in Liverpool.
As well as providing housing for those in work and on housing benefit, they are also registered with Liverpool Student Houses to provide top quality student accommodation, in conjunction with such respected enterprises as New Start.
They are now looking for a Property Administrator to join their close-knit team at their office in Anfield.
In the role you will organise repairs and maintenance to the properties we let; coordinating the maintenance team and scheduling subcontractors as required. Undertaking general reception duties such as answering the phone, filling in forms i.e. leases etc. you will advertise properties and carry out any admin duties as necessary. Additionally you will visit void properties to carry out inspections and complete job sheets for any potential repairs.
With previous experience of providing exceptional customer service and with access to your own transport, you will ideally come from a letting agency, landlord, building background and have an idea of dealing with property repairs.
