Property Manager -  Lettings 

We are looking for an accomplished property manager ideally used to working within the property sector.

For this role you will need to be uber organised as you will be dealing with all of the property paperwork regarding the tenancy applications. Taking up references, ensuring all paperwork is compliant, you will ensure all the banking information and tenants deposits are paid and logged correctly. You will also help out annually with the student changeover. This is full on! Handling inventories, ensuring any maintenance issues are actions along with ensuring the cleaning is all done and the property is ready for the new academic. This time is very busy so flexibility on working longer hours with the rest of the time is welcomed.

Another side of the position is health and safety. Ensuring all of the PAT, fire and safety tests are undertaken and registered correctly is very important.

As you will visit the properties from time to time, you do need to be a driver, a pool car is available for visits. Hours are Monday to Friday 9am-6pm and one in three Saturdays 9am - 3pm.
