Property Administrator

Our client is looking for a candidate who, ideally, has previous property experience to join them on a permanent, full time basis.

The ideal candidate will be confident in all aspects of property administration and will be computer literate, with good verbal and written skills and have a full clean driving licence.

The suitable candidate will provide exceptional customer service and related duties such as:

• Viewing and negotiation
• Dealing with phone, email and walk-in enquiries
• Keeping abreast of local competition and changes in the local area
• Dealing with solicitors
• Processing sales
• Inputting data
• Advertising properties
• Dealing with tenants enquires
• Dealing with the maintenance issue
• Other duties as required by the Business

Full training programme will be provided on all system and duties.

The ideal applicant will be local and have local knowledge but this is not essential.

Salary: Minimum wage. Experienced candidates with previous property background will be paid £17,000 to £19,000 depending on experience.
