JOB DESCRIPTION: Projects Assistant / Sales Administrator : Logistics

Working in the beating heart of our administrative department, this is an office based Administration / Project Assistant position. Your key responsibility is maintaining a strong understanding on projects (What stage they are at? Who are the stakeholders?) - and keeping all parties up to date.

You will also assist with the planning and co-ordination of our field based engineers, providing them with administrative support. You will also deal directly with our customers, suppliers, contractors and agency staff on logistical / administrative issues. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Projects Assistant / Sales Administrator : Logistics

  • Assisting with the planning and coordination of Project Engineers.
  • Providing administrative and operational support to Project Engineers.
  • Budgeting and purchasing / raising purchase orders /costings.
  • Logistics Planning.
  • Accommodation, Travel and Accreditation management.
  • Communication with clients, suppliers, contractors and agencies.
  • Working closely within the Operations Team and other key departments.

PERSON SPECIFICATION: Projects Assistant / Sales Administrator : Logistics

To succeed in your application you MUST have:

  • A proven track record of success in an administration role.
  • Some exposure of scheduling, ordering and providing customer service to clients.
