Project Administrator

Company Profile:

Based in Warwick, the Company is a long established and well regarded global consultancy, and part of an AIM listed Group. We support a blue chip client base of vehicle manufacturers through the delivery of consultancy services, insight, software solutions, business process improvement and business process outsourcing teams. We work within six core channels; parts, service, new vehicles, fleet, accessories and used vehicles.

The Role:

This exciting position is based at our Milton Keynes office. Reporting to the Project Team Manager this role will be responsible for key programme, project and operational deliverables.

Position Summary:


The Project Administrator will be the key contact for Project Team personnel.

This includes;
 

  • Client interface
  • Document production (good Microsoft Office – Word/Excel/PowerPoint/MS Project skills)
  • Electronic and hard-copy filing
  • Organising internal meeting arrangements
  • Significant hotel & travel booking and general administration
  • Collating and quality checking regularly produced Excel database files
  • Co-ordination and distribution of progress reports
  • Developing and maintaining tracking documents to monitor project status
  • Analysing audit data and reporting trends and statistics
  • Updating project plans, report statuses and delivering results to management
  • Liaising with key client contacts to ensure timely and accurate completion of deliverables
  • Co-ordination of diaries, company cars, expenses and administrative support for the Project Team
  • Various ad-hoc activities

  • Literate and numerate
  • Experience in a busy administration environment
  • Demonstrable Excel, MS Project and PowerPoint skills

  • Ability to use initiative to find solutions to problems and come to a positive resolution
  • Sound judgement and good analysis of complex data
  • Automotive industry experience/interest an advantage but not essential
