Immediate start, permanent opportunity to utilise your excellent administration and customer service experience and work for a vibrant, fast-paced and ambitious packaging and design company.

If you prove yourself to be an excellent communicator, hardworking and focused individual, then you will enjoy being an integral part of a friendly and supportive team, working to ensure that clients' packaging projects are delivered professionally and on time. You will be the first point of contact for incoming calls, emails, and enquiries.

You will be expected to process purchase orders, check/enter client details onto the database, arrange couriers and shipping to clients, follow up with the clients after successful deliveries, ensure jobs are invoiced correctly and in timely manner, as well as performing other day-to-day tasks while communicating with clients and suppliers on a daily basis.

Proven successful administrative experience in a busy office environment is a must.

You will be:
- First point of contact for incoming calls, emails, enquiries
- Dealing daily with a variety of clients, partners and internal company staff in a highly professional manner to ensure all business functions can operate effectively
- Taking customer print specifications, preparation of job documentation and managing the internal/external supply chain of these projects
- Tracking projects on a daily basis, ensuring that clients know status of their individual orders and all involved parties are up to date with the developments
- Drafting correspondence and email templates on behalf of senior managers and proof reading all business material prior to publication
- You will be required to deputise for the senior managers when absent providing reception or general customer liaison/care work as required (dealing with customer complaints, enquiries, taking orders and ensuring delivery of products and services, receiving & posting parcels and deliveries, handling incoming/outgoing post and emails)
- Following and creating internal administrative processes and procedures and championing their use within the company
- Updating computerised clients' lists on a daily basis (CRM)
- Uploading documents on the Cloud and undertaking any office administration tasks as required (sorting, filing, photocopying, sending samples out etc.)
- Producing activity reports, taking meeting minutes, drafting proposals.

Skills and Experience:
- Excellent (A level / GCSE equivalent) written and spoken English communication skills (able to write simply, clearly and creatively as well as proof-read)
- Ability to communicate in Lithuanian - an advantage
- Proven experience in a project-driven, customer-oriented role
- Pleasant telephone manner
- Excellent attention to detail & ability to multi-task and simultaneously manage multiple jobs
- Experience in using Salesforce, Xero - a distinct advantage
- Strong motivation to excel and a positive attitude to work
