PROFESSIONAL NEGLIGENCE SOLICITORNORTH MANCHESTER
£40,000+
Professional Negligence Solicitor need by my North Manchester based, successful and expanding private practice.
The successful candidate will be be involved in complex litigation cases and will therefore need strong litigation skills and the ability to work to strict deadlines. You will carry your own caseload of Multi Track litigation cases and therefore strong Multi Track knowledge is also essential.
You will be able to demonstration excellent working knowledge of the CPR, must be an experienced litigator with either Professional Negligence or Commercial Litigation although strong litigation from other disciplines may also be considered. You should also be able to demonstrate a strong billing background.
