Elevation Office Support are currently recruiting for a Production Co-ordinator, whom will take on full responsibility for the management of all administrative operations related to the processing of production. This is an incredibly varied & rewarding position, which will be located at HQ in Sheffield.
The successful candidate will support the Plant Manager in optimising the accuracy of all SAP transactions relating to the process and the delivery of manufactured product to their customers. You will demonstrate an excellent ability to interact professionally & confidently with the wide customer base, delivering a first class service, meeting customer requirements.
Duties & Responsibilities will include;
- Liaising with customer service in UK and Europe to track shipments, ensuring prompt delivery and communication of accurate progress reports to the customer - Supporting the Plant Manager in the continuous improvement and review of shipment administration practices and procedures, including project work - Developing and managing systems and procedures both in SAP and stand alone excel files for accurate stock control and a month end process - Liaising directly with SAP SMEs to develop bespoke procedures for UK operations team due to unique circumstances - Allocation and picking of all UK and export shipments including producing delivery notes - Arrangement of all transportation for UK and export shipment including completion of booking forms - Managing and processing of all purchase orders and purchase receipts on SAP, including entering and maintaining all orders for raw materials
