Knowledge and Experience Required
- Experienced senior procurement or HR manager, qualified to degree level or equivalent. Advanced degrees preferred (Masters, MBA)
- Possess business acumen and demonstrably high intellectual capability balanced with a pragmatic, hands-on approach to delivery
- Strategic thinker, with the ability to establish and communicate the vision and strategic direction
- Track record of excellent result delivery
- Experience in complex decentralised or matrix organisations with excellent stakeholder management skills up to the Board level
- Ability to influence others to build consensus behind shared goals, challenge the status quo, initiate change and promote a culture of improvement
- Very high quality communication ability, both written and orally

Key performance and success criteria are defined on an annual basis through the performance management review process, these include:
- Strategy execution
- Opex efficiencies through procurement savings
- Supplier performance improvement

- Group HR Director, Divisional and Country HR Directors
- General Council, Divisional and Country Heads of Legal
- Group, Divisional and Country Finance Directors
- Group, Divisional and Country Heads of Procurement, Asset Management Director
- Country MDs
Management Board members, in particular Director Corporate Affairs and Strategy and Development Director
