They are looking to appoint a Planning Coordinator to join them where you will order, plan and schedule products, maintaining optimum levels of inventory. This is an excellent time to join them as their business goes from strength to strength!
Within the role you will pay attention to the highest levels of customer service, ensuring relevant KPI’s are met. Managing the day to day supply chain to keep exception costs to a minimum, whilst also being responsible for the logistics of inter-site transfers, you will communicate effectively with Customer Services to ensure the correct safety stock levels are in place to support increases in demand.
As the successful candidate you will have GCSE Maths and English and will have experience of working in a fast paced environment. Ideally with a knowledge of MRP / ERP systems, you will be a confident user of Excel, and will be able to work with pivot tables, lookups and basic formulas. Good communication skills are important as is being a team player who has a high attention to detail.
