They are now looking for an R&M Co-ordinator to ensure that all scheduling and administrative procedures are being undertaken in compliance with Company operating instructions and in a timely and accurate manner.
Planning, scheduling and allocating work to trades/sub-contractors and monitoring the daily flow of in progress and completed works, you will record appropriate information on MCM and by raising manual jobs or Mears Interface to ensure diaries are fully optimised at all times. You will manage the status of overdue jobs and plan orders to be completed within target times and work closely with the Contracts Supervisors, Admin and trades to ensure a first class service is provided to all Clients.
They’re looking for an enthusiastic, committed and trustworthy individual who is educated to GCSE level (or equivalent) in English and Maths and who has experience of working with computerised systems, including data entry and calculations. Competent in word processing, spreadsheets, database entry and use of general office equipment, you will be able to work productively under pressure in order to meet deadlines and have knowledge of the filing and retrieval operations of numerical filing systems.
