An exciting opportunity for a Call Taker / Planner in the responsive repair and maintenance section has arisen to join our team based in Gillingham reporting directly to the Senior Planner.


Within the role, you will take calls from tenants, arranging appointments and raising orders as required. The Call Taker/ Planner will make certain all tenant issues are reported to the repairs team and relayed to the Senior Planner/ Response repair manager in a timely manner alongside carrying out Customer Care Satisfaction calls on completed jobs. Candidates for this position will manage potential complaints and challenging customer service queries by making sure that all queries are responded to in a timely and professional manner. The Call Taker/ Planner will contribute to the efficient and effective operation of our branch and work well within the team with all branch staff to make sure all targets are met.


Educated to GCSE (or equivalent) level in English and Maths, you will have experience of working with computerized systems, including data entry and calculations within the building maintenance arena. With knowledge of filing and retrieval operations of numerical filing systems, the Call Taker / Planner will be able to diagnose and collate information. Candidates for this position will hold experience of working to tight deadlines within a busy office environment coupled with a knowledge of MS Word and Excel. Moreover, we are looking for an individual who has a professional approach to our customers with the ability to succeed.
