We have an exciting opportunity for a Personal Assistant to join us in Leeds City Centre.
Providing PA support to the CEO and CRO (and the other two chiefs where necessary e.g. holiday cover) you will help to develop the office systems and processes from the ground up. Proactively managing and prioritising the CEO’s diary, travel arrangements, phone calls and post/ inbox, committees and meeting commitments - staying a step ahead of their needs. You will also help with reception cover, administer meeting room booking system and prepare conference rooms for meetings - booking lunches if required. In addition, you will help to embed company meeting etiquette across all meetings.
We need an experienced PA who has worked for a senior manager before and who has experience of working in a busy environment as well as strong awareness of confidentiality.
We are looking for a candidate with a flexible approach to take on PA duties, as well parts of the office management where necessary. With an eye for detail and an understanding of the need for accuracy in a regulated business environment, you will be a team player, have excellent IT skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook / Word / Excel / Power Point / Share Point) as well as good English and Maths skills.
