This is a unique opportunity to become a part of an award winning UK fashion brand that designs, sells, manufactures and distributes their products globally.

Our client is seeking someone who is practical, reliable and efficient to provide secretarial and administrative support to the CEO and act as their advocate as required.

The successful candidate must have strong communication skills, be well-organized and have excellent time management ability to oversee the co-ordination of delegated projects and initiatives directed by and in support of the CEO and overall business.

The role covers a diverse range of activities from representing the business externally to ensuring the efficient operation of day-to-day workplace including the presentation of the office, compliance to legislation and maintenance tasks. Due to the demands of the business the PA needs to be flexible and demonstrate initiative in finding solutions. The candidate must have strong communication skills and the ability to inspire, motivate and support the team.

To be successful you must have the key skills and demonstrate:
5+ years as a PA or office manager
Strong communication skills; written, verbal and IT
Experience in working to achieve high quality outcomes
Solutions driven
Compiling information, writing & presenting reports, letters and contracts
Practical, reliable & efficient with an eye for detail
IT skills including: Microsoft & Apple packages and CRM databases
Management systems and databases
Team player, able to work collaboratively on a shared vision
Strong ability to prioritise with exceptional organisational skills
HR experience
Ability to inspire teams effectively
Excellent interpersonal skills with a sense of humour
Flexibly to work in a fast paced environment
