The company

Our client, are leading UK Rural Consultants, Chartered Surveyors, Agricultural Valuers, and Letting Agents who have a national reputation for assisting with diversification because of their expertise, experience, and extensive network of contacts. They are seeking an experienced professional Personal Assistant : Audio Secretary to help support a professional office environment by providing an outstanding administration support service.

The Role

You will be supporting a busy commercial office environment and providing secretarial and administrative support to the Consultants and Surveyors. Hours of work 10-20 hours per week, Monday to Friday (the actual working hours are flexible). The position is a permanent position and can either be PAYE or on a freelance basis.

Requirements

The successful candidate must have had substantial previous experience within commercial office environments, preferably from within a commercial property/land agency office.
RSA qualifications in Stages 1, 2 & 3 in typing with Business Administration preferable.
Excellent document production and typing skills (at least 65 wpm) with audio typing
Shorthand knowledge (Pitman or Teeline)
Professional and proactive

Flexible and reliable
Ability to be pro-active in time management, commercial fee rendering and thoroughness in keeping a track record of a multitude of tasks.

Excellent computer literacy with a high level of knowledge in Microsoft Office Packages such as Excel and PowerPoint and the Internet
