Cathedral Appointments is looking for an experienced PA to support our clients’ Managing Director with logistical, organisational and administrative tasks. This role will be of key importance to our clients’ growing business. Our client is proud of the reputation they have built as a market leader and as such have offices in both Exeter and London. The right candidate for this role will be passionate about the business and enjoy working in partnership with colleagues to drive the business forward.
Manage and maintain the MD’s diary
Book travel arrangement and make sure all paper work is correct
Schedule meetings between the MD and direct reports
Monitor all incoming messages ensuring that the relevant ones go to the MD and all other messages are redirected to the right person
Prepare reports and draft correspondences
Prepare meeting notes and information packs for the MD prior to important meetings
To maintain full confidentiality when handling important information
Excellent organisational skills
Brilliant communication skills both verbally and written
Confident using all MS Office packages
Previous experience of working as a PA is essential
