Personal Assistant - Inchcape UK Head Office Oxford

The Role

As a PA you will work closely with senior management to provide administrative support. As a PA you will need to quickly gain the knowledge of the business, understanding our Vision and Strategy. As a PA you will liaise with management and aid them by dealing with secretarial and administrative tasks. You will need to be discreet and confidential, these are essential attributes for a successful PA.

Role Requirements

To be a success in this role, you will have:

* A minimum 3 years senior level PA experience

* Excellent organisational, planning and personnel skills

* The ability to work in both a team environment and also under own initiative

* Good interpersonal skills required, both internal and external

* Strong leadership skills

* A high degree of personal confidence and initiative

* Problem solving skills whilst maintaining diplomacy

* Attention to detail

* Excellent IT skills

* The ability to work under pressure and deliver to deadlines

* Good communication skills (verbal and written)

* The confidence in making decisions on behalf of directors

* Good time management

* Effective negotiating skills

* A proactive attitude & positive outlook with a can do attitude

* The ability to prioritise and multitask

Your Responsibilities

* Complex diary management including booking of all meetings, reviews, appointments, dinners and travel

* Preparation of all necessary and supporting documentation for meetings and travel

* Responding to correspondence on behalf of Director

* First line response, and filter for all queries, questions and request for information

* Dealing with confidential correspondence

* Creation of presentations

* Reconciliation and follow up of company credit cards, fuel cards and expenses
