Our Client is looking for proficient and highly organised individuals to join their Pensions Administration Team within their Liverpool Office. These are opportunities to join their well-established organisation and contribute to a business project on a permanent full time basis.
Within the role, you will provide pensions administration to customers in line with service levels. Managing your daily work load effectively, you will resolve customer enquiries (oral and written) based on competent working knowledge of customer requirements. Providing efficient and good quality customer service, you will perform basic calculations and quotes for clients accurately whilst collating and analysing data to produce routine reports, schedules and summaries.
Full training will be provided for this role during your first 4 weeks. Their dedicated training team are on site to ensure you are supported throughout your first 3 months in post.
They are looking for people who have GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths and English (Grade C or above) coupled with excellent written and communication skills. With the ability to work on your own initiative and with a confident, professional telephone manner, you will be proficient in MS Office and will have a positive attitude to work and colleagues.
