Payroll Assistant - Kent

Salary: £25,000

The Company
My clients are an established and highly respected team of certified chartered accountants and tax advisors based in a rural location in Kent.
They are ideally positioned to serve London, Kent and the surrounding areas.
My clients are experienced, pro-active and dedicated to serving their customers.

The Role
Duties include but are not limited to;
Processing BACs payments
Produce and send payroll documents eg payslips, remittance advice slips.
Data manipulation in Excel
Experience of Umbrella or CIS payroll preferred
Good understanding of manual PAYE and NIC calculations
Ideally experience of contractor payroll or payroll bureau
High volume invoicing/billing
Ability to work under pressure
Following procedures even under pressure
Produce payroll reports as required

Essential Requirements
Candidate must have a good eye for detail
Positive can do attitude is a must.
Excellent organisational skills
Must be a driver with access to car daily due to the location of our clients accountancy firm.
