They work alongside family run businesses and individuals in Devon, Cornwall, Somerset and beyond.
They provide a whole range of tax, accountancy and financial services.
My Clients are Chartered Accountants, Business Advisors and Tax Consultants.

The Role
Reporting to one of the Business Group Partners, the 2 main areas you will assist with are:
Payroll - To assist with administering an efficient and effective payroll service to a portfolio of clients.
To assist with administering a wide assortment of payrolls, dealing with a variety of clients.
To assist with maintaining all payroll records by ensuring that all records are filed in an accurate and timely manner.
Bookkeeping - To assist with our bookkeeping service line.
To assist in providing a bookkeeping service on a variety of systems to include Excel spreadsheets, Sage and Quickbooks.
To provide guidance and assistance to clients with regards to “Making Tax Digital” initiative.
To assist in preparing VAT returns and supporting records.

Your Responsibilities
Offer an exceptional service to clients.
Team player able to work at pace and under pressure.
Excellent attention to detail
A great communicator able to build lasting relationships internally and with our clients.
Most of all you need to fit in
Other Ad-hoc duties relative to the role as they arise.

Essential Requirements
Experience in a similar role.
Great communicator
Approachable with polite and friendly manner
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Key Skills
My client will only consider people with excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
A people person.
Energetic, self-motivated and dedicated.
