About the role

Working within the payroll team at Lookers Manchester HQ, means you will be responsible for a selected business area, ensuring that the payroll is handled in a professional and prompt manner. You will act as the key point of contact for that area of the business, so it is essential that you have an excellent knowledge of payroll matters, and are able to confidently manage your workload.
· Manual calculations processes: PAYE, NI, statutory payments, pensions
· Reconciliations: 3rd party payments, pensions
· Previous knowledge of payroll software: NGA, Resourcelink or Northgate
· P11d processing
· Knowledge of: RTI - FPS/EPS and Apprentice Levy
· Knowledge of: salary sacrifice schemes
· Knowledge of: TUPE transfers
