Payroll Administrator - 1 year Contract Sheffield Based £8 - £9 per hour
Due to expansion and increase in workflow, I am currently recruiting for a number of positions to work in payroll administration. My client is based in Sheffield and is looking for individuals to join for a yearlong contract to cover the growth.
Full training is provided.
The role is initially for a period of 1 year, however there is scope for the role to become permeant for the right candidate.
The hours are initially 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday, but flexible working is an option after training is completed.
Duties are but not limited to; -Responsible for dealing effectively with queries from customers both internal and external -Responsible for delivering the administrative procedures associated with the end to end process for overpayments, providing an efficient, helpful and supportive service to all managers, clients and staff -Responsible for organising and prioritising own workload within part of the overpayments team to ensure that workloads are distributed evenly and fairly -Compose and where necessary verify written responses to queries from staff, Clients and external agencies for review by the Overpayments Team Leader. -Responsible for updating the P35 Year-End Controls for Overpayments. -Attendance and arranging of teleconference calls with client organisations to help underpin the Overpayments processes and support any queries -Ensure all correspondence raised is in line and consistent with the client organisation's agreed adopted overpayments policy. -Responsible for raising Invoice/ CMR requests in Oracle 11 / 12 or ISFE on behalf of the Client and updating systems on repayments made by Debtors -Responsible for logging all cheques received and forwarding to relevant Client/ department
