Elevation Recruitment Group Accountancy & Finance are delighted to be working with a fabulous business in Doncaster as they look to appoint an experienced, multi-skilled Payroll & Accounts Administrator.
The successful candidate will have full autonomy to take the lead with the company payroll, working very closely with the tight-knit team in their Doncaster office.
To thrive in the role, you will have extensive payroll experience and be able to cope running a very complex payroll requiring lots of manual activity.
An overview of duties includes:
-Monthly payroll processing, preparing hourly and monthly for approx. 120 staff
-SSP/SMP & SPP calculations
-Calculating and processing bonus payments
-Sickness, absence & holiday records
-Inputting payroll data obtained via a clocking system
-Calculating unsociable hours
-Auto enrolment pension processing
-Analysing payroll costs
-Payroll month end and year end reporting
-Annual payment of P11d's
-Customer weekly billing runs
-Posting customer sales invoices
-Coding purchase invoices
-Daily and monthly bank reconciliations
-Excellent Excel skills - intermediate or above
-Experience processing a payroll for 12+ staff
-Knowledge of SSP, SMP & SSP and AOE
-Month end experience for cashbook & petty cash
-Experience of apprenticeship levy
-Excellent communication and relationship building skills
